Dynacorp has complete in-house design and engineering capabilities. Our growing team of certified engineering technologists and professional engineers is led by people with many years of direct experience in the product lines we produce. Some of our most technical people also have previous shop-floor experience, ensuring that Dynacorp’s designs are executed as practical, operator-friendly equipment.
In-house design and engineering helps Dynacorp achieve its objective of turning out the most innovative, technically sophisticated products – including equipment that consistently lead their sectors, such as record-setting test separators. Our approach is also much more efficient than relying on third-party engineering, resulting in fewer rounds of design changes, fewer errors and fewer conflicts between design drawings and as-built equipment.
Our approach also enables continuous communication among three key areas: our project manager (who acts as the customer’s representative within Dynacorp), the shop floor and the design team. The result is great design, properly executed, of equipment that work as intended and are durable.
The design process includes producing 3D renderings for the customer’s convenient visualization. We provide all required engineers’ stamps, and we handle regulatory compliance to the degree desired by the customer.
Dynacorp’s engineering team also offers EPCM solutions to handle the complete project cycle for our customers’ sand filtration installations, well site equipment and processing facilities.
