Mr. Nagge oversees Dynacorp’s manufacturing operations in Calgary and Grande Prairie and its service division in Grande Prairie. His primary responsibility is to help Dynacorp meet its brand promise, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and on budget by coordinating activities among a diverse group of people including shop managers and QC managers. He works with the company’s sales team to manage bids, establish project scope and coordinate the engineering input. He also supports Dynacorp’s rental business by helping to design and build equipment for the rentals division.

Mr. Nagge seeks to create value for the customer by keeping his team focused on fulfilling Dynacorp’s brand promise by working to ensure that each customer receives the correct end product which functions as intended and is delivered on time, and by contributing to improving Dynacorp’s internal planning process.

Having initially worked for the company from 2005 to 2009, Mr. Nagge rejoined Dynacorp as Vice President of Operations in spring 2014. Before this, he spent five years as a project manager for Syncrude Canada Ltd., managing medium-sized projects such as facility maintenance and turn-arounds. In this role he gained invaluable insight into best practices in the project management and engineering areas. His first exposure to the energy sector came in 2005, when he joined Dynacorp as a project engineer in the well-testing design area.

Prior to that, Mr. Nagge spent many years working in his family’s commercial fishing business on the West Coast. In 2001 he began his engineering studies, first at SAIT Polytechnic and later at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, graduating in 2005 and receiving his Professional Engineer’s designation the same year. Currently he is studying for his MBA through Athabasca University.
